FIBER LASER IGNITE

Course Agreement

About this agreement

This agreement covers the free Fiber Laser Ignite course, videos, and accompanying project files provided by MAKESUPPLY LLC (“we,” “us,” or “Course Provider”) on this website, including fiberlaserignite.com. By using the course, you agree to this agreement and our Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, discontinue use.

Free, self-paced course

Fiber Laser Ignite is a boot camp for getting started with a LightBurn-compatible fiber laser. Basic fiber laser concepts provide context; the LightBurn Primer and practical projects are the main teaching sections. The course is free and self-paced. There are no course fees or course checkout on this website. Equipment, software licenses, and materials are separate purchases. These terms apply to the free edition and do not retroactively change any rights relating to an earlier paid purchase.

Course access and support

This is a self-guided archive. Individual technical support, future updates, and permanent availability are not promised. Videos may refer to the former paid course, its discussion group, or support arrangements that are not included in this free edition. We may update, remove, or interrupt content. YouTube also controls the availability and operation of its video service.

Use of course materials

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to watch the lessons and download and use the supplied files in connection with participating in the course and completing its projects. Copyright remains with us or the applicable rights holder. Free access does not transfer ownership or authorize resale, repackaging, or redistribution of the videos or downloadable files. You may share links to the website and the original YouTube videos. Other uses require written permission unless separately permitted by the file’s license or applicable law.

Your equipment and responsibilities

You are responsible for confirming LightBurn compatibility, installing and configuring your machine according to its manufacturer’s instructions, and assessing whether a technique or material is suitable for your equipment. Demonstrated settings and results are not universal. This course is not a substitute for manufacturer instructions or qualified, equipment-specific safety training. Review the Website Disclaimer before attempting any project.

No guarantees and applicable terms

The course and materials are provided as available and as is, without a guarantee of particular results, income, accuracy, or fitness for your equipment. The acceptable-use, intellectual-property, indemnification, warranty, liability, dispute-resolution, and general provisions in the Terms and Conditions apply to the course, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
